With an application fee of :
$25.00 for a single person
$35.00 for a joint application (ie. two people over the age of 18)
For more than two adults call or e-mail for price.
If payment is not recieved with application, tenancy is automatically denied.
All occupants over the age of 18 years old must give the information on the form. If you are over the age of 18 you will become part of the obligation to fulfill the lease. ( If there are more than two applicants over the age of 18, please copy form supplied.)
You will be notified usually with in 2 business days of receiving of your application.
