Clean and affordable housing
In co-operation with the owners we represent, we always base the value of rent on fair market standards. We do not increase prices because of government agency support programs. However, you will find that our lower end rentals are clean and move in ready just like our over $1,000 per month rentals.
EZ and reasonable application process
Our application process is done quickly and usually takes only two business days to complete. Our fees are only: $25.00 for a single adult : $35.00 for two adults. Not like many other companies that charge $50 per person or more.
You are not judged ONLY on credit history! We use a simple formula that includes current income, job status & history, tenancy, public record reports & credit history.
Quick response to your needs
A good tenant deserves good service. It is that simple. If you are meeting our standards during your tenancy you will find our response time to your needs to be quick. What do we mean by quick? Normally within 24 hours a service tech will be in contact with you. Many times the problem will be rectified in that same time frame!
